Dr. Misty White is a naturopathic physician who has dedicated nearly two decades to helping patients navigate their health with curiosity, compassion, and an integrative approach to medicine. Since beginning clinical practice in 2007, she has embraced the best of conventional and naturopathic medicine, with a particular interest in understanding the complex relationships between the nervous system, hormones, immune function, and overall well-being.

Throughout her career, Dr. White has focused on providing thoughtful, individualized care, helping patients better understand their bodies and empowering them to participate actively in their health. Her clinical work has encompassed primary care, functional medicine, autoimmune conditions, digestive health, hormonal health, and the many interconnected factors that influence physical and emotional wellness.

Dr. White earned her bachelor's degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. She graduated with honors from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), where she subsequently completed a two-year residency. She continued her involvement with NUNM as adjunct faculty through 2015 and served on the Institutional Review Board, supporting research and scholarship in naturopathic medicine.

As 2026 draws to a close, Dr. White is retiring from clinical practice, bringing to a close a rewarding chapter of patient care, professional exploration, and meaningful relationships. She is deeply grateful for the trust her patients have placed in her over the years and for the opportunity to have accompanied so many individuals on their journeys toward better health.

While stepping away from clinical medicine, her curiosity about the natural world and the interconnectedness of living systems remains as strong as ever. She looks forward to spending more time gardening, exploring horticulture, traveling, and pursuing the many interests that have always enriched her life beyond medicine.
